$100 Party Rental at French Prairie Gardens:

  • 2- 6' Tables for a two hour rental. Tables are marked and reserved, but the party area is NOT in a private space. 
  • Wristbands for 10 Children (Ages 1-13) to Participate in Farm Days of Summer: Jump Pad, Obstacle Course, Farm Ninja Course, Tire Swings, Small Slides, Bubble Station and Feeding the Animals. 
  • Additional Children outside of the 10 included will need to have wristbands purchased for each child as a wristband is required. Caregivers and Adults are free. 
  • Food Purchases do come with plates, napkins and utensils. You are welcome to bring in your own themed items if you choose, but we do provide them with food purchases. 
  • Your booking time includes your arrival and any set up. You may NOT set up early or stay at the tables past your booking time. You may still stay and play on the farm but you will no longer have your tables. 

Food & Beverage:

  • Outside food is not allowed. You are welcome to bring in Cake or Cupcakes to Celebrate. 
  • Food can be purchased below. Food MUST be ordered at the time of booking. Ordered Food will be delivered 30 minutes after start of party. If you would like to food available at a different time, please specify at the time of booking. 
  • Coffee, Drinks, Alcoholic Beverages can all be purchased onsite. Absolutely, no outside alcohol is permitted

Decorations:

  • You may bring in balloons for decorations. There is not a space to decorate additionally and we do not recommend bringing in extra decorations as you do not have set up time. 

Rules:

  • Dogs/ Pets:  Sorry Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED.  Oregon law prohibits all animals except for service animals in grocery stores, restaurants, and other food establishments. Service Animals ONLY!  Service animals are trained working dogs, NOT pets. ---The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.--Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals according to the ADA, even with a doctor’s note.  Please leave all furry friends at home and not in your car. 
  • Smoking: We are a completely SMOKE FREE FARM. There is no vaping or smoking permitted at anytime or anywhere on our farm. 
  • During the months of June - August only a portion of our farm grounds are open. The area is fenced and clearly marked. Guests going beyond the marked fencing will be asked to leave. We are an active farm, while we are preparing equipment and harvesting around the farm guests are NOT permitted to cross into restricted areas for safety, regardless if they see active farming taking place. Access to additional activities including the Mega Slide are NOT open.

To avoid surprises or misunderstandings, please share the above rules with the guests in your group.

- There will be NO REFUNDS for Admissions, for Bad Weather, for OTHER ACTS OF GOD or any other purchases made online.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS ARE ALLOWED - Due to our licensing agreements.  We have food and beer or cider available for sale daily.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. By visiting and playing at J & K & Kids, LLC dba French Prairie Gardens, the holder and guests agree to assume all risks and liabilities inherent in this activity, including, but not limited to those flowing from natural and man-made hazards.

"Under Oregon law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agri-tourism activity conducted at this agri-tourism location if the injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agri-tourism activity. Inherent risks of agri-tourism activities are risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.
