I have included all siblings, students, youth attendees, chaperones, parents, grandparents & teaching assistants in the School Tour Attendee Tickets. I understand every person including adults attending any part of the tour needs a ticket. I did NOT include 1 teacher per 25 attendees in the total count.
I understand that if I need to cancel my order a $2 per ticket fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
I understand that there is no place for our group to have lunch onsite. Champoeg State Park is 5 miles down the road with lots of covered space and lawn available.
Your group will receive a map when you arrive of all the activities and your time for your tractor wagon ride and Pig Racing Show. Tours generally last two hours in length.
We offer one teacher for FREE for every 25 attendees. Anyone attending any part of the tour will need a ticket including any child (students, siblings, or youth attendees) or any adults (teacher assistants, chaperones, grandparents, parents, guardians and extra teachers). Do not count the free teacher as part of the Ticket total count when submitting your order. We suggest a 1 adult to 5 students ratio.
***DUE TO NEW LICENSING AGREEMENTS WE CANNOT OFFER SPACE FOR SCHOOLS AND GROUPS THAT BOOK TO HAVE LUNCH ONSITE.
