NOTE: Strawberries, Zinnias & Wild flowers are an agricultural crop and therefore subject to weather, growing conditions, and ripening variables. We cannot guarantee that the Strawberries or Flowers will be available on a particular date.
- There will be NO REFUNDS for Admissions, for Bad Weather, for OTHER ACTS OF GOD or any other purchases made online.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS ARE ALLOWED - Due to our licensing agreements.  We have food and beer or cider available for sale daily.
- Sorry Pets ARE NOT ALLOWED. Oregon law prohibits all animals except for service animals in grocery stores, restaurants, and other food establishments. Service Animals ONLY! Service animals are trained working dogs, NOT pets. ---The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
--Dogs or therapy animals whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals according to the ADA, even with a doctor’s note.

By visiting and playing at J & K & Kids, LLC dba French Prairie Gardens, the holder and guests agree to assume all risks and liabilities inherent in this activity, including, but not limited to those flowing from natural and man-made hazards.
